 Wu Shu Martial Arts Advice

I advise all living people on the planet to study martial arts especially Chinese styles because from my experience it is more than just a way of fighting or defending yourself or keeping fit and healthy. It is all of these things put together but with a very deep philosophy that through thourough study and practice of as many as possible of these arts will open your mind and let you see life in ways you cannot imagine. Gong Fu is more than just a super difficult physical art too, it is rather, a knowlege. That is all I can say from my life's experiences in learning and training. It comes through practice and looking into it constantly (like any other subject), not only from the teacher showing you the ways.

Key Points

1: Health for both body and mind

2: Fitness and strength

3: Skills to deal with challenges

4: Clearer understanding of life

5: Peace in mind and heart

"Study martial arts for you own sake
